It was a remarkably easy process to have my cracked windshield replaced.

My insurance sent them my info, and they called to schedule an appointment with me within a couple of hours.

On the day I was told to expect a technician around 11 or 11:30, I received a call and a text around 10 to let me know they were on their way. They arrived around 10:15 and were finished before 11 even rolled by.

The technician was nice and the service was good and quick. I'll use them again in the future if I have more glass related misfortune.

Incompetent is the best way to describe their scheduling person. I scheduled an appointment for early morning but their scheduler put it on their calendar for late morning…the exact time that I was unavailable. They’ll deny it, I’m sure.
